One that allowed me to lose weight and indulge without derailing my progress.

How to Feel Good Indulging

Here are a few easy ways to help you feel good throughout the season, even when you’re indulging. 

  1. A Strong Foundation: Maintain balance in your daily meals and keep your foundation solid. If you know you’re going to enjoy a treat later in the day, ensure that your other meals are rich in nutrients. Incorporate a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains to provide your body with the necessary fuel and nutrients. I like to stick to the Hot Body Meal Plan as my base so I can feel good about the treats on top.

  2. Hydration Habits: Follow my 1 to 1 rule. 1 Glass of water for every 1 drink of ANYTHING else. Hydration not only supports digestion but can also help curb unnecessary snacking. Try adding Wing Woman or Pep Rally to your water to get immune boosting and energy benefits during this crazy time!

  3. MOVE: When all else fails, just MOVE. Whether it’s a post-meal walk or one of our many workout videos in my MOVE app finding ways to stay active while enjoying treats can help you feel good from the inside out!
